At CarrierSoft we offer a full range of e-commerce services including custom web design, customer resource management (CRM) software, marketing and lead generation as well as email and industry specific consulting.
Where does CarrierSoft get their leads from?
At CarrierSoft we ONLY generate leads for people that have requested info about moving their vehicle. We don't sell real estate leads or moving company leads or any other type of lead. Our internet ads specifically target people searching for "auto transport" or "ship my car" which means people only come to our lead generation web sites if they are searching for a car moving company. As well, our lead generation websites only service customers that want to move a vehicle, see www.ShipCoastToCoast.com for example.
How many brokers receive each lead?
Each customer quote request that we process is sent to 10 auto brokers. We internally monitor the complete lead path from generation to sale so our leads are not re-sold which would 'water them down' and make them less valuable.
How much does it cost to buy leads from CarrierSoft?
We offer 4 packages of leads per month: $500, $1000, $1500 & $2000.
How many leads do I get per dollar?
We guarantee a minimum of 0.8 leads per dollar, meaning that at $1000 we would supply no less than 800 leads to you for the month. Typically the leads/dollar range from 0.9 - 1.1 with the larger lead packages receiving the greater # of leads/dollar. During the winter months the amount of cars being moved declines and so do the number of leads. If we fall short of our guaranteed leads per dollar minimum we will refund or credit you accordingly.
Can I sample some leads to see if they are worth purchasing?
We offer 3 free leads per day for 5 days so that you can evaluate the quality of our leads.
When is my leads payment due?
We require payments for leads in advance (due by the 5th of each month) and prorate our fees for late starts or early termination within a month. You are free to adjust your leads package on a monthly basis and all leads contracts are month to month. We can be this flexible in our terms because we simply don't have customers leave us, and when they have, they usually come back.
What form of payment does CarrierSoft accept for leads?
We accept check by fax to (866) 906-0795 or PayPal. There is a 3% service charge for using PayPal so if you purchased $1000 worth of leads and used PayPal your total payment would be $1030.

Why am I receiving duplicate leads from CarrierSoft?
Duplicate leads occur for a number of reasons out of our control. For example, a person goes to more than one of our websites and fills out a quote request or they click on the 'submit request' button more than once, etc. We do not count duplicate leads sent during the same calendar day against your minimum guaranteed leads provided, meaning you should receive 0.8 distinct leads per dollar.
Why don't I receive leads overnight?
Our software sends out leads as they occur. It would be unusual for any of our customers to receive leads overnight as generally people are not surfing the internet between 9pm and 6am. In other words, you are receiving leads in 'real time' (without delay) as they are being generated.
